Nova, the virtual assistant (AI)

Nova answers questions about Shop with Aisha automatically and can pass your request to Aisha. It is an AI assistant, not a person. Please don’t share payment or sensitive personal details in the chat.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to plan and follow up on your day. We don’t sell your details.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to reply to you and to plan and follow up on your day.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: send a note through the Book a day form or ask Nova.
